Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Daynomic LLC (“Daynomic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you visit our websites, use our products, services, and applications, or communicate with us. By using our website, submitting information to us, or using our products or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our services.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Daynomic LLC is the company responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies to our websites, our products and applications, and our communications with you by email, telephone, and text message.
It covers information about visitors, people who contact us, and users of our products. Where a business customer uses our products to process information about its own users or employees, we handle that information on the customer’s behalf under a separate agreement, as explained in section 14. Some of our products may have their own privacy notices, which apply in addition to this policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of our services, and information from service providers. Depending on your relationship with us, this may include:
- Contact form details: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and the message you send
- Your communication preferences, including whether you agreed to receive text messages
- Account and login information, and customer or account identifiers
- Company or organization name, and job title or role
- Billing, transaction, and payment-related information
- Content and data you submit to our products, including content you submit to AI-powered features
- Communications with our customer service or support teams
- Device, browser, IP address, and other technical information
- Website and product usage and interaction information
- Information collected through cookies and similar technologies
- Any other information you choose to provide
The specific information we collect depends on the products, services, and features you use.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, health data, biometric data, precise geolocation, or information about racial or ethnic origin, religion, or sexual orientation) through our website. Please do not include such information in messages you send us unless we have specifically asked for it.
3. How we collect information
We may collect personal information when you:
- Visit or use our website
- Submit our contact form, or email or call us
- Create or maintain an account in one of our products
- Purchase or request products or services
- Subscribe to communications or agree to receive text messages
- Participate in surveys, promotions, or events
- Interact with customer service or technical support
We also collect certain technical information automatically when you interact with our websites and applications, and we may receive information about you from service providers and publicly available sources.
4. How we use information
We use personal information for legitimate business purposes, including to:
- Respond to inquiries and requests, including by phone, email, and text message
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our products and services
- Create and manage accounts
- Process transactions and payments
- Send confirmations, reminders, notifications, and service-related messages
- Provide customer service and technical support
- Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and protect our customers, employees, systems, and business
- Diagnose technical problems
- Perform analytics and understand how our services are used
- Comply with contractual, regulatory, tax, accounting, and legal obligations
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and enforce our agreements and policies
- Carry out other activities with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law
We do not use your personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.
5. Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal information only where we have a legal basis to do so. Depending on the context, these bases are:
- Performance of a contract with you, or steps taken at your request before entering into one
- Our legitimate interests, such as operating, securing, and improving our services and responding to inquiries, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights
- Compliance with a legal obligation
- Your consent, such as for text messages and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time
6. Contact form and bot protection
Our contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and a message. All of these fields are required so that we can respond to you by email, telephone, or, if you agree, text message. Submissions are delivered to our email systems and, as our business grows, to customer relationship management tools we use to manage inquiries.
To protect the form from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyzes interactions on the page, such as your IP address, browser and device information, and behavior, to tell people apart from automated software. This information is sent to Google and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We also use rate limiting, which temporarily records your IP address to limit how many submissions can be made in a short period.
7. Email communications
If you give us your email address, we may use it for transactional and service-related communications such as replies to your inquiry, confirmations, account notices, invoices, security notifications, and customer support.
Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing or informational communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the instructions in those messages. Unsubscribing does not stop important transactional, account, security, or service-related communications.
8. Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your telephone number, we may call you to respond to your inquiry or provide the services you requested.
We send text messages only if you have agreed to receive them, for example by checking an unchecked SMS consent box on a form, or by opting in through our website, an application, or another opt-in method. Providing a telephone number is not consent to receive text messages. Depending on the services you request and the consent you give, messages may include:
- Responses to your inquiry and follow-up communications
- Appointment or reservation confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
- Order, transaction, and account notifications
- Customer service communications and service-related alerts
- Security or authentication messages
- Other communications you have requested or authorized
Message frequency varies, and recurring messages may be sent where applicable. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message, or by emailing us at privacy@daynomic.com. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use mobile information only for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us deliver text messages, such as telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, hosting providers, and technology vendors, solely as needed to provide those services on our behalf.
9. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
Our websites and applications use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate our services and understand how they are used. We use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use our website. These technologies may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, dates and times of visits, and interaction with website features.
Essential cookies are used for security and core functionality. Where required by law, we ask for your consent through our cookie banner before setting non-essential cookies such as analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser or device settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect how our services work.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for responding to it, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but we do honor the Global Privacy Control signal where required by applicable law. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
10. Payment information
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you make a payment, Stripe collects your payment card or bank details, billing address, and transaction information, and handles them under its own privacy and security practices. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our systems. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, the transaction amount, and payment status.
11. AI features
Some of our products include AI-powered features, such as a chat where you ask a question and receive an answer based on the information in that product. These features are designed to answer questions about the data in the product you are using, not to act as a general-purpose assistant. When you use them, your question and information from that product may be sent to third-party AI model providers that process it on our behalf to generate a response. We take steps to limit the information sent to what is needed to answer your question. These providers currently include Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Cloud.
We do not use your content to train AI models. We access these providers through their business and API services, and under the terms that apply to those services, they do not use content submitted through them to train their models. Each provider handles that content under its own terms and privacy practices. We use your content only to provide the feature you requested, to secure and support our services, and to comply with the law. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, so please review it before relying on it.
12. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide our services, including to:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, including Google Cloud
- AI model providers, as described in section 11
- Stripe and other payment processors and financial institutions
- Telecommunications and text messaging providers
- Email delivery providers
- Customer relationship management and scheduling systems
- Google, for reCAPTCHA bot protection and Google Analytics
- IT and cybersecurity providers
- Professional advisers, including attorneys and accountants
- Contractors and vendors performing services on our behalf
- Government, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities when legally required
We may also disclose information when necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, or protect the safety and security of individuals or our systems. Service providers that receive personal information from us may use it only for authorized purposes and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
13. Sale or transfer of business
If Daynomic or any part of its business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
14. Business customers
When a business or organization uses our products to process personal information about its own customers, employees, or users, that business decides why and how the information is used and we process it on its behalf as a service provider or processor. We handle that information only on the customer’s documented instructions and under a data processing agreement. If you are an end user of one of our business customers, please contact that customer about your privacy rights, and we will assist it as our agreement requires.
15. International data transfers
We and our service providers may process and store personal information in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law.
16. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption, secure infrastructure, monitoring, backups, and internal policies governing access to information.
No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
17. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to your inquiry and maintain our relationship with you
- Provide products and services while your account is active
- Complete transactions and maintain required business records
- Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and contractual requirements
- Resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce agreements
- Protect our legal rights
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. When we no longer need personal information, we delete or de-identify it. You can also ask us to delete your information at any time, as described in the next section.
18. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you, including a copy in a portable format
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request information about how your personal information is used and disclosed, including the categories of information collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients
- Object to or request restriction of certain processing
- Opt out of marketing communications and text messages
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or of targeted advertising and profiling (we do not engage in these practices)
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Appeal our decision if we decline your request
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or state attorney general
If you contacted us through our website, by email, by phone, or by text message and do not have an account, email us at privacy@daynomic.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
If you created an account in one of our products, you can delete your data and deactivate your account from within that product. You may also email privacy@daynomic.com if you need help.
We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where the law allows. We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within 30 to 45 days. Some information may be exempt from these requests where retention or processing is required or permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
19. Third-party websites and services
Our websites or services may link to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third parties we do not control, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing personal information with them.
20. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age) unless a particular service expressly states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age without appropriate parental authorization when the law requires it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
21. Legal requirements
We may collect, use, retain, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, subpoenas, legal processes, or governmental requests. We may also process information when reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, investigate security incidents, protect individuals from harm, or enforce our agreements.
22. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, services, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes through our website or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of our services after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Contact us
