Accessibility

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Daynomic LLC is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We continue to improve the experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards.

1. Our commitment

We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

2. What we do

Measures we take include:

  • Using semantic page structure, headings, and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate the site
  • Providing a “Skip to content” link for keyboard users
  • Making interactive elements, including menus, the cookie banner, the legal page sections, and the contact form, usable with a keyboard
  • Labeling form fields and announcing form errors and status messages
  • Choosing text and background colors with strong contrast
  • Respecting the reduced-motion setting on your device, and providing a button in the page header to pause or resume the animated background
  • Setting the page language and providing text alternatives for meaningful images
3. Current status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and are continuing to improve. We test the website with automated accessibility tools, including the axe engine, across our pages and at small screen widths, and by checking keyboard navigation, focus handling, and form behavior. Automated testing cannot find every issue, so we do not claim full conformance. Some content, particularly decorative graphics and animated visuals, may not yet provide complete alternatives for every assistive technology.

4. Compatibility

The website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies, such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation. It depends on JavaScript for some features, such as the contact form and cookie preferences.

5. Third-party content

Some features are provided by third parties, such as Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form. We do not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we choose providers carefully and offer another way to reach us. If you cannot use the form, email us directly.

6. Feedback and assistance

If you have difficulty using any part of the website, or want information in another format, please tell us what you were trying to do, the page, and the assistive technology you use. Contact Daynomic LLC at privacy@daynomic.com. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve reasonable requests promptly.
